Hey, YOU..

"Love Yourself 💖" is the foremost priority, But we always forget and busy in daily life cores which leads to stress, anxiety, frustration etc.  It’s okay to be sad, angry, depressed, or whatever  once in a while but not every-time. It is very much important to find out that what makes you happy, because if you do not know yourself then how will you love yourself? Never ever compare yourself with others because "If You Judge a Fish by Its Ability to Climb a Tree, It Will Live Its Whole Life Believing That It Is Stupid". On the path of finding yourself you can try some activities as i do- 1- Daily routine by making a time table. 2- Keeping myself healthy by doing meditation/Exercise/sports/yoga and eating healthy food too. 3- Reading books, Paintings, Audio recording, Dancing etc. No matter who is in your life, whether it’s children, spouse, friends or family members, your happiness has to come from within first. Where The Mind Is Without Fear- Rabindra Nath Tagore

“Where The Mind Is Without Fear” is a thought-provoking poem by Nobelist Rabindranath Tagore, an Indian writer. Rabindranath Tagore, also known as Gurudev, was a Bengali polymath who made great contribution to Indian literature, music, as well as art. He was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1913.  It is one the best poems in “ Gitanjali ”  This poem is written in the form of prayer to God, the true bearer of freedom. He urges God throughout the poem with his mysterious concept of freedom from the struggle for awakening to his countrymen. “Where The Mind Is Without Fear” is a pre-independent poem in which the poet sincerely urges to God to awake his fellow people for the realisation that the essential need to live in a free and united country. His countrymen would not be superstitious or believers of blind faith rather than they would lead the life of enlightened and educated. He...

अनुशासन - A Master Key

"Affirmation without discipline is the beginning of delusion" -Jim Rohn What is discipline ? According to me,  for success discipline is essential in work. If we look at the discipline, many things are written like Child Discipline, Academic Discipline etc. When I read some of them, I understood that they all have the same meaning. Discipline is the master key to success and if you want a successful life, then it is mandatory to have it. We all know that success is not achieved in a day, eg. " Each pearl together makes a beautiful necklace" . In the same way, small successes of life one day will  bring a big success. If you want a healthy and prosperous life, then bring it first in your daily routine. Do you know the impact of discipline on your mental health? If not, then let me tell you, if your life is not followed by discipline, then you are a victim of these things - stress, frustation, anxiety, depression etc.  But why ?? Let's understand this with a story...

प्रतिस्पर्धा - A Human Trait

The biggest competition is myself. I am not looking to follow others or pull them down. I'm planning to test my own boundaries. -Rain- Competition is a human trait, Since childhood we have grown up in such a way that if we have to get anything, then we have to compete with others. Why are we not told that do your best according to your parameters and decide your each move from  earlier results until success is achieved? Do you agree with this, if not then please give your suggestions in the comment box. I completely agree with this, because I feel that we should compete with ourselves instead of others. When you set your own parameters and compete on your own, then you will feel fantastic and will not have any stress to do it, but in the same process if this competition is with someone else, then there will be stress and nervousness too. Because you were judging yourself on their parameters. The feeling of competition is good but excess of everything is bad.  Stress, depression...

Nothing seemed to be good and nowadays nothing good is being heard. If you look at the news" Covid-19," if you talk to the relatives "Covid-19" and if you look at social media "Covid-19". Oh god! Save me Then my inner soul said, "Hey, what are you thinking about this, we all know that the situation is not good and God will not only listen to you, there are people who need him more than you." Just look on the other side, people are getting better too. Do you know how many people are getting better by treating themselves at home? Please go and check on social media.  It's all about mindset. Always negative perspective, why? Please keep yourself positive by doing small small things because we do not have control over everything. We should be thankful that we are able to breathe, we ...
