अनुशासन - A Master Key

"Affirmation without discipline is the beginning of delusion"
-Jim Rohn

What is discipline ?

According to me,  for success discipline is essential in work.

If we look at the discipline, many things are written like Child Discipline, Academic Discipline etc.

When I read some of them, I understood that they all have the same meaning.

Discipline is the master key to success and if you want a successful life, then it is mandatory to have it.

We all know that success is not achieved in a day, eg. "

Each pearl together makes a beautiful necklace". In the same way, small successes of life one day will  bring a big success.

If you want a healthy and prosperous life, then bring it first in your daily routine.

Do you know the impact of discipline on your mental health?

If not, then let me tell you, if your life is not followed by discipline, then you are a victim of these things - stress, frustation, anxiety, depression etc.

But why ??

Let's understand this with a story -

There were two friends. One was named Prashant and the other was named Saurabh. Both used to go school together. Prashant used to do all his work with discipline but Saurabh did not do his work in proper manner or timely. One day teacher gave a task in the class and said that anyone who do it in time will be entitled to the reward. Prashant took this task very seriously and made a flow chart to complete it, with complete planning, on the other hand Saurabh was not doing anything like that. But Saurabh also wanted to win, without working hard. One day when Prashant called Saurabh to let us go to the library to complete the assignment, Saurabh said, I am playing cricket, will do it later, you go. Next morning was the day to submit the assignment. Prashant soon got ready and went to Saurabh's house, "Saurabh Saurabh" did not go to school? You are not ready yet. Saurabh said, At night I have done assignments for a long time, so I am feeling sleepy now. So you go i will come later. Prashant went to school and his  assignment was called the best assignment in class and he received a reward. Then Saurabh reached school. He submitted his assignment to his teacher. Teacher said, why didn't you come on time, I cannot accept your assignment now. I liked your assignment more than Prashant but you did not submit the assignment on time.

The teacher said that if you had submitted this assignment on time, then this reward was yours' but you lost it due to your negligence.

The only lesson we learn from this story is that when we do any work while pursuing discipline, then we get success and without discipline, if you give 100%  to any work, instead of that you cannot succeed.

And this "failure" gives birth to Anger, Anxiety, Stress etc. and on the other hand "success" gives you satisfaction and happiness.

Thankyou😊

DRINK H2O

"जलं जीवनम् अस्ति " As we all know that water is an essential part of our life and we also know that drinking water keeps the body toxin free. An average person loses 3 to 4 liters of fluid in a day .The factors contributing for losing water from the body are sweat, urine, breathing and bowel movements. Proper hydration is essential for good health. You need to make up for the water losses by consuming sufficient water. It is said that hiccups is a symptom that indicates water level is low in the system. Grab a glass of water and yes…you have put a stop to the hiccup. How much water should you drink? Forget the simple math — eight glasses a day isn’t the answer. And forget the complicated math, too — half your body weight in ounces isn’t right, either. In fact, there’s no formula that gives you the magic number for hydration. “It’s really dependent on your individual needs,” said Tyler Florek, a registered dietitian nutritionist at Banner Health. How many calories you eat, ho...
