A Human Trait

The biggest competition is myself. I am not looking to follow others or pull them down. I'm planning to test my own boundaries.
-Rain-

Competition is a human trait, Since childhood we have grown up in such a way that if we have to get anything, then we have to compete with others.

Why are we not told that do your best according to your parameters and decide your each move from  earlier results until success is achieved?

Do you agree with this, if not then please give your suggestions in the comment box.

I completely agree with this, because I feel that we should compete with ourselves instead of others.When you set your own parameters and compete on your own, then you will feel fantastic and will not have any stress to do it, but in the same process if this competition is with someone else, then there will be stress and nervousness too. Because you were judging yourself on their parameters. The feeling of competition is good but excess of everything is bad.

Stress, depression, anxiety, tension and heart attacks etc., are the reason for all this.

Example: We were all playing Ludo. When everyone was playing their own chance, one person's focus was only on how to remove the token of the other, means how to defeat others.

With this example, it is very clear that we always want to win ourselves but loosing others.

So it is crystal clear that we all want to win, but it is not necessary to defeat anyone else to win, you give your best, others will give their best, either you all win or one will win. That totally depend on your efforts.

Everyone works hard, but with what thought hard work is being done? Decides the fate.

At last I will say that you have to compete with only one person, that is you. Never ever doubt your worth, you are enough for yourself.

A successful competition for me is always going out there and putting 100 percent into whatever I'm doing. It's not always winning. People, I think, mistake that it's just winning. Sometimes it could be, but for me, it's hitting the best sets I can, gaining confidence, and having a good time and having fun.

DRINK H2O

"जलं जीवनम् अस्ति " As we all know that water is an essential part of our life and we also know that drinking water keeps the body toxin free. An average person loses 3 to 4 liters of fluid in a day .The factors contributing for losing water from the body are sweat, urine, breathing and bowel movements. Proper hydration is essential for good health. You need to make up for the water losses by consuming sufficient water. It is said that hiccups is a symptom that indicates water level is low in the system. Grab a glass of water and yes…you have put a stop to the hiccup. How much water should you drink? Forget the simple math — eight glasses a day isn’t the answer. And forget the complicated math, too — half your body weight in ounces isn’t right, either. In fact, there’s no formula that gives you the magic number for hydration. “It’s really dependent on your individual needs,” said Tyler Florek, a registered dietitian nutritionist at Banner Health. How many calories you eat, ho...
