प्रतिस्पर्धा - A Human Trait

The biggest competition is myself. I am not looking to follow others or pull them down. I'm planning to test my own boundaries. -Rain- Competition is a human trait, Since childhood we have grown up in such a way that if we have to get anything, then we have to compete with others. Why are we not told that do your best according to your parameters and decide your each move from  earlier results until success is achieved? Do you agree with this, if not then please give your suggestions in the comment box. I completely agree with this, because I feel that we should compete with ourselves instead of others. When you set your own parameters and compete on your own, then you will feel fantastic and will not have any stress to do it, but in the same process if this competition is with someone else, then there will be stress and nervousness too. Because you were judging yourself on their parameters. The feeling of competition is good but excess of everything is bad.  Stress, depression, anx

THE GREAT CONQUEST IS THE RESULT OF SMALL,  UNNOTICED VICTORIES  - PAUL COELHO Did you guys like the video? Anyway you know, it is a lazy feeling since this morning. Nothing seemed to be good and nowadays nothing good is being heard. If you look at the news" Covid-19," if you talk to the relatives "Covid-19" and if you look at social media "Covid-19". Oh god! Save me Then my inner soul said, "Hey, what are you thinking about this, we all know that the situation is not good and God will not only listen to you, there are people who need him more than you." Just look on the other side, people are getting better too. Do you know how many people are getting better by treating themselves at home? Please go and check on social media.  It's all about mindset. Always negative perspective, why? Please keep yourself positive by doing small small things because we do not have control over everything. We should be thankful that we are able to breathe, we

Happy Hanuman Jayanti

Hanuman = Strength | Courage | Humility "Pawan Putra Hanuman ki Jai " I wish Happiness, Harmony and Health on Hanuman Jayanti to everyone.  Facts related to Lord Hanuman: Lord Hanuman was born to Devi Anjani and Kesari . He is also known as Anjaneya, Maruti, and Bajrangbali. As per Hindu scriptures, Lord Hanuman was the eleventh avatar of Lord Shiva.  Lord Hanuman is called as Lord Rama's param bhakt. When Ravana caught Sita, the wife of Lord Rama, it was Hanuman who crossed the ocean by taking a giant leap in the air in search of her. After reaching Lanka, he found Sita in Ashoka Vatika and informed  Lord Rama about it. When Lakshmana had fallen ill, Hanuman flew to the Himalayas for the Sanjeevani herb. He had also set fire to the entire kingdom of Ravana i.e. Lanka. Hanuman needed no validation from the outside; nor did he wish the focus to be on him. He just did his karma, spontaneously, with no expectations. He was just content with something that was well done. Whet

HAPPINESS :)

Happiness is a feeling that can be met with anything or any moment at any time. To get happiness, we do not need to do anything extra, just do what we are doing with our heart. When we are happy, we like everything and we are able to do the job well. Happiness is a cycle which is related to every aspect of our life and its effect is seen in our daily life and also in the life of others who are associated with us. “Thousands of candles can be lighted from a single candle, and the life of the candle will not be shortened. Happiness never decreases by being shared.”                                                                                                                                           -  Buddha   It is easy to say "if you do everything with your heart, you will get happiness." But, we always focus more on what is happening in the lives of others and how to stay better with them. Because of this competition, we do not have any interest in our life due to that we
